Subject: yoga for eyes

Hi! I would like to find some web sites to practise yoga for eyes... But before that I would like to know - does it really work? My eye-sight is really bad - 3.5 and I wanna do something for my eyes. I wanna improve my eye-sight but I'm not sure these eye exercises will work. Maybe someone could tell me something more about this! Thank you very much!

I do not think you should assume 100 percent success. If you believe something will help, you start doing and see how it goes after a few months of each day practice.

Sometimes, positive thinking leads to something that most people refer to as a "miracle". Self-improvement is the most important part of the human experience by all means. Focusing your energy is this way can't ahrm you, so continue it. Always keep hope up, but don't deny yourself conventional treatment. There is room for both.

You mean reduce Belly. Stomach is inside. To reduce stomach you need to fast or eat less for a prolonged time. This is a very good practice. To reduce belly, do any exercises a) withing your capacity b) which stretch the belly from front and the back of the belly that is back from the back. c) And, if possible do inverted poses and eat much less for say 2 to 3 months 1 hour each day.

Hi! I would like to find some web sites to practise yoga for eyes...

There are may ways. One is focusing in different levels., Normaly you do this before starting normal lessons in a yoga class. My teacher told me that one of his students got rid of spectacles by practicing this every day for some time. I think this is a very comman excesise that every yogi does.,

First come to the Lotus pose or any other sittling pose which you are comfortable for meditating. Raise your left hand while the other hand is resting., Bring the left hand down to your nose level, Only the thumb should be open while other fingers are folded.align your thumb to your nose level., Now start concentrating on your breating. Focus your eys on the tip of the nose, then focus on your thumb then look as far as you can. Then do the reverse of it. Like wise do many repitions. There are many other methods too.

Best iis you get your teacher's advise on this.

Ok If you have started yoga because of me ;

I’m so happy.. Somebody does something useful because of me.

Any way I think you are a public admirer more than a secret admirer. But I hope yoga will help to heal lot of problems

Please practice regularly!!

I think the exercise dose work, but its effect is limited. It is more to prevent than to cure. Only yoga eye exercise is not enough. You should not overuse it. And enough vitaminA helps. I have heard that perforation on the center of the earlobes help too, for these points are responsible for eyes in Chinese medicine.
