| Are you getting enough Sleep? If NOT, Stop all exercise, and first get enough rest. Exercise without Rest is USELESS, including Yoga Exercise.

| Probably heard it before... But I always have more energy if I drink loads of water, and eat loads of fresh fruit and veg. It takes a week or so before I notice the effects, but it makes a difference for me. ( and then I stop, get tied up with other things... and start to feel tired again!) |

| Punctuation! Is this "tired of having no energy open to suggestions" or "Tired of having no energy. Open to suggestions." The first one means you don't have any energy available for taking suggestions, so it is pretty pointless for us to give you any 
"No energy" is also a relative term. Give us more and we can give you more. Energy AND advice  |
