The Art & Science of Personalized Yoga Practice

Come join FRA at our 2nd annual Yoga retreat in Negril, Jamaica. This program will address the art and science of personal practice with focus on: assessment, design, implementation and evaluation. Explore Yogic view (Five Koshas) and western views of the multidimensioinal human system and the application of Yogic and western practices for transforming the human system.

Earn 20 Contact hours towards a 200-hour RYT Program

FRA is an approved Registered Yoga Teacher Training School with the Yoga Alliance at the 200-hour level. In addition to courses in Jamaica, we offer our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Program in major cities around the U.S.
