HI, I'm only 12. I haven't practiced yoga for a very long time or on a regular bases. But i love it and I can't believe how well i am improving so fast!

. I was just wondering if there was anyone on the board my age. I really want to talk to people my age about what they think of yoga and on there oppion of it.( and even what their friends think of it..cuz sum of mine don't approve.....

Well, I'm 13, but I've done it for 3 years. I love yoga a lot. Nice to find a teen who's into yoga too.

So, how'd you get started?

hi, its been a long time since you wrote that reply, but i'v never been on this site a lot anymore untill now. Maybe you won't be on here again either and read this, but just in case.
So, you were wonderin how i got into yoga. Well, a year ago i was reading about chakras and meditation. I never did anything with either one, but soon yoga came into the picture and so i was into that more. I bought sum dvd's and never really bothered with meditation and chakras. ( i dunnoon't even remember wut chakras are anymore lol ) I stopped doing it for a long time, but just last weekend i did it again, and its great. I dunno why i ever stopped.
So how'd you start?
