| Hey there, I was in the same situation as you... a couple of months ago I found a really great yoga studio called Zen Yoga right here in Dubai - i think they are the only place in Dubai with certified instructors specializing in yoga ... They also offer a wide range of classes including Kundalini, Hatha, Ashtanga, prenatal, power yoga, kids yoga, etc... as well as private classes at the studio or at your home... check out their website, it has lots of info: www.yoga.ae

Hi Kathy,
Welcome to the forum. It's nice to see someone else from Dubai.
I recently attended the Jivamukti workshop at Zen which I thought was excellent, but they are definately not the only place with certified instructors in Dubai.
In my experience, Dubai has a thriving Yoga scene with many professional centers and independent teachers.

| Dear all,
I am pregnant and would like to do prenatal yoga or pilates, but all classes I can find are between 09:00 to 17:00 while I work from 08:00 to 19:00.
Would anybody know a studio that does have prenatal classes in the evening? Or is there another solution? I have thought about private classes, but don't know how expensive this would be. Would anybody have an idea?

Even I am looking for pre-natal yoga classes in Dubai around the same timings. I work in Jumeirah Lakes Towers and my work timings are 9 - 6 pm. Wud prefer classes either before or after that time. Zen Yoga in Media city and Exhale Yoga in Murjan Center in Dubai Marina have pre-natal classes but I have yet to check regarding the timings. I am still in my 1st trimester and since most suggest yoga classes to start after the 1st timester I am just scouting for information now.

| A New Studio has opened in the Green Community called Yoga Om there are a good selection of classes including hatha, power, flow and pilates, they also do Boogie Babies. www.yogaom.ae It is quite near to the ranches and they are hoping to set up classes in the ranches in the next few months. |
