| today mr easternsun informs me - oh so casually, that i was "doing yoga in my sleep"
my husband doesnt really speak english so, doing yoga in your sleep could mean a lot of things!!!
i asked what pose - he demonstrated - get this:
i was trying to do vashishthasana!!!
he said i tried to get up in the pose and then i came down, turned over and went back to sleep.
dont try this at home folks!

| All I can manage to do in my sleep is a simplified version of svavasana  I never hold it for very long though
