Recently i read abouta book on one of these forums that I believe had the above name.

I didn't get it for christmas, as requested. I am wondering if "Yin Yoga" was the book suggested, somehow I remember it as The Yin of Yoga. What caused me to be attracted to it was that it explained the changes in yoga, in terms of fascia.

Does anyone remember suggesting it, or has anyone read it. Thank you, Thank you.

Happy new year.
