Does anyone have any suggestions as far as poses that would help to relieve sore calves. I did a hard workout the day before yesterday, and when I woke up today it hurt to walk!

Down dogs help a lot when my calves are sore. Do slightly bend knees at first, hold for a minute then start to stretch each leg to the floor. Then straighten the knees and bicyle the legs again. Also letting the heels hang down on a stair step (calf raises) are also helpful.

Thanks! I'm going to try the stair stretch when I get home from work. I did try downward dog this morning, but I think it was too early, and I was still too stiff. I'm going to attempt it again when I get home.
