| read around the forum, read articles, go to other webpages; www.yogajournal.com www.yogabasic.com , get a book. I got Yoga for Dummies and like it but there are many ohters greate out ther.
I hink that if someone should post a message with everything they knew, it woud be too much for the forum\page to handel but this I don't know...

Are you for real????  Yoga has been around for 5000 years. Do you really think someone can tell you everything about it on a message board?
