What is Nagasana?
You think that Nagasana is same as Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose) . ??? Im confused with this

Naga = Snake/Cobra

In Christine's asana index Nagasana is reffered to as cobra, snake or serpent pose. She's not got a pic of it up though. I think the cobra is called bhujangasana in sanskrit.
