How can it be possile thru yoga to fight infestions or assist it cure?.
What are the possible procedures in achieving this aims?.

Location: Somewhere in the Mountains of Western NC		I thought infestations were related to having an insect problem.. Are you talking about Yoga to cure diseases, health ailments and such?? If so, Yes, doing the Yoga Asana's work on various parts of the internal organs of the body and have benefited humans a great deal..myself included. There are several books out there that talk about the health benefits of Yoga. I like the one called "Yoga Asana's" by Swami Sivananda This is a Divine Life Society Publication. I got my copy at the Hindu Temple Library.

The reason I like this book is because if gives you the history of Yoga and it is not about playing around. You have to be serious about Yoga otherwise it will not work - period. Swami provides some really good information in this book. I paid $3.00 for this book and it is the best one I ever read about the Yoga Asana's...it is very simple.
