Hi Guys.,

Lately I read some articles about Vanda Scaravelli and her amazing teaching styles., Can anybody tell me from where to find her books or videos if any. I cant find them in Amazon

I greatly appreciate your help

She has a book called "Awakening the Spine" which is available in the U.S. and U.K. (that I know of). It is available on Amazon in the U.S. and at a site called www.theyogashop.co.uk in the U.K., but I'm not sure about the international shipping rates. It's also on Ebay.

I googled her and that's all I could find.

Oops, the book is also available on THIS site for $22. Again, not sure of the international shipping.

I found this book for $8 in one place., Actually what I was looking for is her CD and the book called Song of the body. Which I cannot find from anywhere. But I think I must buy this one too..Last few days I read some old yoga journal articles about her and I have a great interest in her style and curious to read more. Her explanations are quite interesting.

You know something.. I read some of her interviews and it seems once she had to extract a tooth and she has refused to get anesthesia., She wanted to feel the pain and control the pain with breathing.. Oh …….. I see lots of *************s
