| Alright all...today's the big day. Send me good thoughts at around 7:30 (eastern standard) tonight and I hope to feel your encouragement. I'll sign in afterwards and let you know how it went.

| Sorry all. It's finals week...
It went GREAT! I got an A! La la la...
I tried a bunch of your suggestions - sink hips and shoulders into the floor, breathing to a count of 4, inhale and exhale without stopping, working from toes up to the head, inhale through the crown of the head, exhale through the soles of the feet, "breathing in, I calm my body, breathing out I calm my mind," and then I read a short quote when everyone was sitting up again:
"When you are inspired by some great purpose, some extraordinary project, all your thoughts break their bounds. Your mind transcends limitations, your consciousness expands in every direction, and you find yourself in a new, great and wonderful world."
Thanks everyone for all the help! I can't say that enough... |

| CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
PS
I LOVE your reading at the end......FAB!
Namaste,

Great Alicia! Who said that quotation?
"When you are inspired by some great purpose, some extraordinary project, all your thoughts break their bounds. Your mind transcends limitations, your consciousness expands in every direction and you find yourself in a new, great and wonderful world. Dormant forces, faculties and talents become alive, and you discover yourself to be a greater person by far; than you ever dreamed yourself to be." Patanjali
