Subject: RE: Poses for a Broken Heart?

Keeping the journal initially was interesting because I could look back and re-read through my progress.

But I've found as I've gotten older, I tend to NOT want to revisit this stuff. Now, when I write, it's on my computer. I type like a maniac (good for my typing skills ), and then after I've read it through (it's like an act of making peace with the situation)...I delete it all.

It's almost like...I delete the frustration, anger and/or fear as well. Of course, I'm the kind of person who almost never looks into her own past, be it good or bad. Being able to make it all disappear with the touch of a button is very therapeutic for me.
