Subject: Thigh Injury


Hi ,

Last year i had suffered from a neural problem i did yoga and i recovered but still my left thigh is weaker then right .while walking it looks like i am limping can someone plz suggest some asan for making it strong

Are you weaker in the quadriceps (top of the thigh) or the hamstrings (back of the thigh)? If it is the quadriceps, I suggest Warrior I and Chair Pose.

In any standing poses where both legs are involved, try to focus on your weaker leg as much as possible. Try to balance your weight equally between both legs, and don't let your stronger leg take on a greater share of the load.
