Subject: Shoulder stand and Bandhas

I just have a question with this., when we practice shoulder stand , do we do only Muladhara and jaladara bandha or do we do all 3 bandhas? recently I came across with an article which said shoulder stand should be practiced with all 3 bandhas., But I have leant only with 2 bandhas.. What’s the correct way ?

I haven't heard an "official" policy on bandhas in shoulderstand.
Jalandara bandha is automatic in that pose, of course. Uddiyana
Bandha might actually be helpful, since I do find that my abdomen
will sag forward if I don't active hold it in. Mula Bandha I don't usually
think about in that pose. Another dimension to consider would be
Ashwini Mudra, which can bring awareness to the proper alignment of
the tailbone in that pose.
