Yogadancer is really, really good! I think she has more yoga know-how in her pinkie toe (okay, maybe not the one she broke doing jump-throughs... ) than the rest of us will have for decades. And she has the special distinction of being my only online friend EVER to call me on the phone

You may also want to check out the Asana index at my site, YogaBasics.com. http://www.yogabasics.com/asana/

There is 100 of the main poses organized by type with a photo index. Instructions are clear and consise and have modifications, contraidications and vinyasa info.

Two really good web pages that I would reccomend are http://www.geocities.com/junebug55ca/HathaY.htm and
http://www.hathayogalesson.com/

I think you will find them very helpfull. They really go into detail on how to properly perform a number of asanas
