Subject: Online Training


Hi all,

I just want you to share my exitment with online training! I am a regular soccermom with to little time on my hand. So I have to find time and place to train at home. And I know that if I'm not supervised in some way, I'm gonna cheat

So I found a great trainer and really must share him with you!!!! I don't know if it's ok to do this but what the heck
