to yoga instructors;

is it true that practicing yoga will help me gain more height? i heard that micheal jordan, used to practice yoga, that's why he grew that tall... i hope someone will answer this query... send me an email @ fr0zen_fire18@yahoo.com...

That depends on:

a) how you define height.
b) what kind of yoga practice you do..
c) what your age is.
d) what your other habits are.
e) What your expectation of increase of height is.

In general, Yoga does not increase height. Otherwise all world famous yogis will be tallerr.
