Subject: Meditation for Bliss


Meditation is Yoga. It is union with Body, Mind with Self. Meditation is Cessation of Mind. Patanjali said: Yoga is Cessation of Mind.
By regularly doing Meditation and understanding the beyondness of body-mind, we will be blissful at all times and situation.
Bliss is state of Being with Self. Here in this state No dualities, No confusion. Onw will be clear and has no Dualities. He will be blissful.
Meditation is the way to attain.
