I think that the two really important points were that the Flying Spaghetti Monster
inserts His Noodly Appendage to alter all the Carbon-14 measurements and
that global warming is a direct result of the decresase in the number of
pirates worldwide.

| I'd really like to, but I'm already a pre-ordaned minister in the Church of the Sub-Genuis. My spiritual leader Bob Dobbs is a jealous god, so I'm afraid to cross him. He also has only one commandment, which is "give me slack". Frankly I think the FSM is really an evil ploy by the evil space god Jevoah-1 and his pinky legions...
OTOH, the beer fountain and stripper factory sound way cool. (I assume they mean paint stripper, any thing else would be morally offensive...) Maybe Bob will approve......

HARRISBURG, Pa. - "Intelligent design" cannot be mentioned in biology classes in a Pennsylvania public school district, a federal judge said Tuesday, ruling in one of the biggest courtroom clashes on evolution since the 1925 Scopes trial.
Dover Area School Board members violated the Constitution when they ordered that its biology curriculum must include the notion that life on Earth was produced by an unidentified intelligent cause, U.S. District Judge John E. Jones III said. Several members repeatedly lied to cover their motives even while professing religious beliefs, he said.
The school board policy, adopted in October 2004, was believed to have been the first of its kind in the nation.
"The citizens of the Dover area were poorly served by the members of the Board who voted for the ID Policy," Jones wrote.

I'm surprised at the number of Dylan albums I have. Currently Bob and Led Zep are tied for first with 10 albums, followed Metallica and Blues Traveler.
The thing I really find interesting about his 67-69 albums is to quote dylan "Something is happening here, but you don't know what it is, do you Mister Jones?". It's almost like a Zen Koan. Right on the edge of comprehension, but still skittering away from rationality.... |

My dear son is great at it - I have been told he spends most of his history of rock class lecturing until the teacher eventually gets to make a point or two. The rest of the class must either hate him or love him. Not that he would care either way... |

I agree with you. It's incredibly odd that something with little or no rationality works so well.
