This vigorous Jivamukti workshop, focusing on arm balances and inversions, offers an in-depth exploration into Master Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, with a concentration on how certain mental states form obstacles in our quest for happiness and a peaceful life, free from violence, antagonisms and hostility. A more subtle understanding of the functions of the mind is required. The practice of inversions helps us break out of paradigms, ways of reacting and mental patterns that are no longer useful. Yogeswari is an Advanced Certified teacher at Jivamukti Yoga Center, New York.
