Just checking in: Today: Jonny Kest (Power Yoga) Sequencing and Adjustments (OMG if you can do a workshop w/ him DO NOT MISS IT) he was awesome!

Amy Ippolitti (Anusara) - Hip openers 5 yrs yoga - no lotus pose - 90 mins of Amy and TA DAAAA!

OMG, such great yoga - my butt is so kicked
Tomorrow: Betsey Downing Hand stands, Jonny Kest back flow and I think something else...

see ya - Oh, and if you are thinking about buying Be Present stuff, stop thinking and do it!  The owners are too cute to be true and the clothes are FAB!

Hi all! The convention was amazing.  I need to decompress but if you can take a workshop w/ Jonny Kest (in/near Detroit) and/ or Amy Ippoliti (Anusara) I strongly suggest it!  Betsey Downing was great too - I did a handstand for the first time!

I did Padmasana w/ Amy for the first time, too.
