I don't know a thing about Martin Kirk but the best way to learn anatomy is to injure yourself one body part at a time. I have learned ever so much that way!

tourist-
i get what you mean...this injuring-yes--that's what got me all started!
i took therapy training last fall w/john (friend) & my yogini physical therapist
friend whom i met there was so amazing w/her understanding of the body &
anatomy--maybe a bit rubbed off i would love to hope. certainly the curiosity
to learn more was piqued.
i had wanted to take a class at the college here-but it is too time intensive
with my work schedule. (and all the yoga-yah)

Hmm.... I think his avatar lends himself to this sort of way out in left field answer, unless that's a tall cold one in your hand.

GJ - that is definitely a tall cold one in my hand! This is the beer-lovers yoga board. Really gotta get that on the start page... Bruce had an avatar very much like mine - I copied it

BG - you and my DH would get along just fine. Myself, I am a Picardian
