I'm so excited to do this workshop!  I wish I'd signed up for the teacher's training, but maybe next time.  This weekend is going to be intense, but great.  I'll let you guys know how it went if I survive!

Bon chance Mel and enjoy--tell John I said hello--no he doesn't know me but his HQ is just down the road and we Texans just automatically know each other.

Classes went really well yesterday.  It was great.  John was a lot of fun and I got to work w/ some fab local Anusara teachers who were assisting.

I can't believe how many advanced poses I was able to do!

I don't generally use the word Awesome, but I tell you that's what this weekend was! Woohoo! I had a great time.  there were students from the back ass of Peru, Australia, Paris and around the USA.  Makes me wish I'd done the TT even more!

I liked John he was very nice.  He gave a great class that inspired me to go further in EVERY familiar pose and to successfully attempt some I have trouble with and some I'd never tried. I actually (with a great amount of assistance) did a dropback backbend and pressed up to handstand.

I loved that there was a wide range of poses.  Though my current Anusara teacher is one of the best I've ever practiced with, he gets stuck in his rut of favorite poses.  he's definitely going to have to work on that!

I worked with a bunch of the local Anusara teachers and look forward to studying w/ them further.

I love working w/ new teachers b/c they don't know me, so they'll come right over and say "nice chatturanga, watch you're dropping the shoulder", or "you can't get up b/c your back is rounding".  People who know you sometimes miss that.

I would definitely recomend a JF workshop, even if you aren't into Anusara.
