| I am considering taking the Kripalu teacher training course in the near future. I definatley intend to take a workshop or two before coming up with my own opinion of the facility, but I would love to hear from anyone who has experinced any program from there. |

| i have not been to a program yet at kripalu but i know that the teacher training is excellent because i know many teachers who have taken the training who are excellent. also, one of my teachers is kripalu trained and returns to the center every year for workshops and community. She really enjoys it.
When i have the time and money, i hope to take some workshops there as well. |

Kripalu was a nice place to visit for a weekend. I could focus totally on yoga. I did a program
there with [famous teacher X]. It filled up part of the day. For the rest, there were open rooms
where I could do my own practice in front of a huge Nataraja, there was a nice veg kitchen,
and there was a fair amount of peace. There were some evening programs, which I found
a bit dull, and a snoring roommate, but overall it was a good space to be in for a few days.
Kripalu has been changing since I was there (the kitchen is no longer strict veg), and it
seems to be focusing a bit more on R&R than the Yoga Ashram.
