I know if you break it down it is OM and the five elements. i would like to get another opinions on this meaning.........

Sivaya --- accusitive case of Siva in Sanskrit, meaning "to Siva"

OM is just a prefix for the mantra

Five Elements are:


na

mas (becomes mash while pronouncing due to next sh)

shi

waa

ya

Meaning is what BG gave.
