I am going to a massage therapist next week for Myofascial Release. What should I expect and what does the therapist need to know for me to get the most out of it.

Just a quick google...

If it is anything like Hellerwork or Rolfing, expect it to be much deeper than your average massage - deeper than the average DEEP massage. Let us know how it goes!
