I have a student in class that can't always make my class time and was asking if I knew of any good videos for when she couldn't make it. Does anyone out there recommend any Pilates mat workout videos that are for a student at the Intermediate level? Thanks for any help!

These are my favorite

Intermediate Power Pilates is great!
Classical PIlates Technique Series
More than Mat pilates (if she has never worked on the reformer beginner is good enough)

There is a new kind of workout called Piladio which combines Pilates and Cardio. I own Piladio Kickbox-Pilates. It's a great workout and you get the best of both worlds--cardio to help lose weight and Pilates to strengthen your core.

There are 5 workouts on this 1 DVD so you can have a different routine everyday. I've been doing Pilates for over 10 years I haven't found any other DVD that I enjoy working out to as much as this.

I highly recommend for anyone who needs a change in their routine! piladio.com
