Subject: Thai Yoga Massage Workshop DC

Inspired Yoga is pleased to be hosting Saul David Raye. Saul teaches weekly community Yoga classes, leads Yoga and Thai masage trainings and retreats internationally. He was the co-founder of Sacred Movement Center in L.A. and is currently he is a co-founder of Shanti House a non-profit foundation for Yoga, Ayurveda and Seva.

Thai Yoga Massage Partner Class: Friday 3/24, 7:00-9:30 p.m. - a fun and relaxing guided journey through giving and receiving, a healing and relaxing Thai Yoga massage session, to release tension, increase vitality and lift your spirit. $30

Thai Yoga Massage Workshop: Saturday 3/25, 2:00-5:30 p.m. - devoted to learning a simplified form of a full body Thai Yoga Massage. No prior massage or Yoga experience is necessary. We will work comfortably clothed on mats on the floor. $65
