Hey Im 13 and 5ft 3in 128 pounds and size 7 i want to slim and tone my body so how do I ...I was thinking of either biking or kickboxing which one?

or what other suggestions to slim and tone all over

I would try it all! Explore! Cross-training is the best way to enjoy life! Make sure to try yoga too!
