This experience blends meditation, chanting, and vinyasa, a powerful form of yoga that uses ‘flow’. These elements; stillness, movement, and sound, allow the yogi insight into yoga as a whole. Yoga as meditation allows us to experience honesty by softening perceived limitations; building an appreciation of love, integrity, generosity, and union. Both chanting and meditation are central to completing this experience – they help guide us to an awareness of just how precious this and each moment is. Bring a towel and dress to sweat.

Jonathon Reynolds Jonathan Reynolds has trained extensively in the fields of yoga and meditation. He is the founder of Learning To Listen, a community dedicated to spreading tools for conscious living. His offerings include two books; Poetic Listening and Learning To Listen: Simplifying Spiritual Practice, and a meditation CD; Learning To Listen: Simplifying Meditation. He lives in San Francisco, where he teaches meditation and yoga, and leads retreats worldwide.
