Hello everyone,

Have checked out our sleep I.Q. quiz? This is to test, how much you know about sleep. Check it yourself. All you have to do is spend 5 minutes.

Who is going to get 10 out of 10? Let me know. I got 8 out of 10.

Ha! I don't dare to tell you my results... I totally failed !
It seems that I have no knowledge at all about sleep. ...
but at least... I found out that my sleep intself is very good
And, by the way, I somehow disagree with the answer given in that question about the biological clock and the frequent changing of sleep schedule. I believe that one of the many great abilities of the human body is also to adapt and to get used to such changes, if they happen often and from a young age.
(Hello again and it's nice to be back to this forum and read very interesting new conversations that had been going on last month, while I had no acccess to the interner and not even to electricity)

Hey Kristi,

Kristi who got fewer score are need not to worry about anything because this test is nothing to do with your sleep. If one got low scores it doesn't mean that he/she can’t sleep. But at the same time the one who knows about sleep can get a better sleep. As I mentioned it before its just a test to know how much you know about sleep.

Well, I know I don't need that test to know my sleep IQ....interesting enough, I complained for years that I cannot sleep in Atlanta, Ga. Guess what?? On today's news they announced it was rated the worst city to sleep in. I knew that, but do you think they would of listened to little ole' me???

Anyway, guess which cities got rated the best...this is shocking...but Aneheim and Los Angeles were the best cities to sleep in. Go figure.

I'm glad they don't know my secret, because I know where I get the very best sleep and I ain't telling no one....because they will try to develop this sacred area and destroy it...therefore it would be ATL all over again,

Cyndi- It's funny, when I was much younger and in college.. I used to burn a lot of cinnamon incense (now I exclusively use Nag Champa)... but I was also having problems sleeping and couldn't figure out why. That was my first intro into aromatherapy! I did some research to learn that cinnamon is a stimulant (which most people probably know now )... no wonder I couldn't sleep! Needless to say, I swtiched my cinnamon incense to my morning routine.
