| Does anyone out there subscribe to integral naked? i came across it through an email that Kripalu sent. it looks very interesting, but it is $10 a month. just curious to hear feedback from anyone who uses the web site regularly- not sure if i want to invest or not. |

| it is a web site that has guests who speak on topics that affect our lives as a whole. they speak of all different topics. many of the guests are philosophers, writers, musicians, artists, etc. some of the people i recognize, some i don't. i browsed the site for a bit, and it looks pretty neat. you can download things as an mp3 file and burn a cd or onto the ipod. check it out...www.integralnaked.com |

| maybe it's not integral naked..i think it's integral yoga...ive read it also in the net when i tried to searc for different types of yoga..there is also ISHTA which was found by an african..what makes all these interesting is that both includes visualization not just a general yoga or an ordinary yoga...and i am really interested to try either of these 2. i am also interested in kripalu yoga...the prob is how to be invovled on this....anyone here has some info? |

We are neighbours. I live in Satwa.
To my knowledge, there are no ISHTA or integral Yoga teachers in Dubai (or the U.A.E).
There are other excellent teachers in Dubai though, so if you want any recommendations please ask.

Integral Naked is Ken Wilbur's site. An amazing author and creator of Integral Psychology among other theories www.kenwilber.com
Its an amazing site with amazing info but nothing related to yoga if that is what you are looking for ... Maybe pick up one of his books and if you resonant with that then subscribe to the site? |
