hello all,

i am new to the forum and rather lost just joined a gym for yoga classes...have some chronic back issue, and want to know what kind of yoga i should learn or do..and love to be part of your regular family fourm..
best, shosho (rather silly name, just had to come up with something, and one of my cat's nicknames given by hubby came to mind)

Hi shosho, if you're still watching this thread.... have you asked at the gym you've joined what kind of yoga they offer? Talk to them, ask questions, tell them why you're interested in yoga and ask why they think their style/teacher will be suitable for you. Also, I assume you've had a medical check for your back... always a wise thing before starting or changing an exercise program, and you'll then be able to explain to your teacher exactly what your problem is, so that she/he can best help you.
