Subject: Thanks everyone


Ive been drinking water not cokes been eating salad not pizza ive really been inspired about the posts and the storys thanks . lots of water I feel like im going to burst but thats ok at least im not pigging out on ice cream or somthing. this is my 2nd day on my little diet thingy but im liking it I jogged to school and back with a water bottle in 100 degree weather. And been swimming laps in my pool for acouple hours. And im starting to feel more energized instead of wanting to sleep or just go to my friends house and play games.

Update one week everything is going great I lost 2 pounds striped down. Just by switching from all junk food to healthy whole grains and driking water instead of coke I made my own mixture of 5 diff wheet crackers that I snack on 2 a day so I have a break fest snack lunch snack dinner and it always fills me up ;) ive been eating more healthy then more junk food Thats my 1 week update.

Hi James, and congratulations. As your weighing yourself, don't forget that a pound of muscle takes up less room than a pound of fat, and so while your eating right and working out the scale might not be the best indicator of your progress. Sometime in the future you might lose fat, but be building muscle, and so the scale will not move much. Don't let that frustrate you. Two pounds in one week is really good though, keep it up, Shelly
