'Er, as I said, Mary's a great teacher

I've been training under her for over a year now and am never bored or insufficiently challenged by her. She is currently studying under an advanced level and very experienced teacher in order to further her own practise and teaching skill. She also aims to train with the Iyengars in poona at least every other year.

I've travelled with Free Spirit once before (last year to Italy) and was impressed with their friendly, helpful approach.

I've not been to the Egyptian retreat before but those of my fellow class mates who went last year thoroughly enjoyed it. You must be super careful about water hygiene though.... Free Spirit give full, and I do mean *full*, advise on this on their on-line booklet on this retreat.
