| Hi auroram - are you a teacher? Do you currently run a studio or are you planning to open one? |

The biggest challege will be: a) to know what the Yoga Studio should stand exactly for, that is mission. b) to stick to that mission regardless of how many students come c) and to NOT work hard which is against the philosophy of Yoga. |

Location: Somewhere in the Mountains of Western NC | Well, I certainly wouldn't want to start off with the thinking that there is going to be a BIG headache....I would definitely alter that first and start with a more positive outlook...otherwise, you may indeed have lots of headaches and may need to have more restorative yoga classes, |

Hmmm... good point. Let me try again - my partner is the certified yoga instructor, and I am the business person with a background in starting up businesses. I am hoping for insight from anyone who is able to share the challenges in running a studio so we may anticipate and prepare. Just doing my homeowrk before diving in. All suggestions and feedback welcome.

| How can a younger brother be a boss of a Big brother. That is against Yoga Tradition. |

| From a business standpoint you could expect what any startup business would expect. Issues with teacher retention, politics, competition, summer attrition, multiple revenue streams, managing membership, fee structures, no-shows, cancellations, surplus supplies, cleaning, and personal life balance.
