I shall be giving 4 workshops, each of 4 hour duration and covering one chapter of the Sutras, on 2nd Saturday of Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec in Sun and Moon Yoga Studio, in Arlington VA.

The first one is on 9th Sept at 12:30 for 4 hours.

Cost is 200 for the entire series. Or, 60 for each workshop. Payable to Sun and Moon.

Are you going to do the series again in the spring, by chance? I was trying to work it out to come.. but it doesn't look like I'll be able to because of work.

I think they offer this series only once a year.

Also, the workshop shall be video taped and the ones who miss a session can get the videos or can purchase them later, too.

That's good to know, Neel. It's tough with the restaurant because I really need to be there by 4 on Saturdays. My husband runs the day shift, but by 4, he's pullin' his hair out and ready to leave.
