Subject: Hot Vinyasa in DC

Inspired Yoga, 1115 U St., NW #202. Thursday, 10/19, 6:30-8:30 pm. This is sure to be a fun filled evening of laughter, movement and deep breathing. We will start out with centering and breathing and gradually work our way into more challenging poses including arm balances and inversions. The room will be warm, so be sure to bring a towel and hydrate well before class. This workshop is intended for experienced yogis, not for new students. $20.

Please note that the Thursday night candlelight yoga class at U will be cancelled due to this workshop. Please register in advance by emailing info@inspiredyoga.com or call 202-462-1800.
