YEA! So it looks like I'll be able to go to Miami- I was able to strike a deal with my husband to be gone from the restaurant for the weekend- and I didn't even have to sell my soul! Ha! Bonus!
It's the weekend of Oct 27-29..
mish- I'm going to try out Shiva Rea's dance trance that weekend- so I'll get to see what you were talking about !

I wish you could too! I just booked everything for it.. let's just hope my entire staff doesn't come down with something and prevent me from going!
I'm a little wary of doing so much yoga back to back.. I guess there is always child's pose!! And a hot tub!

One week and counting........
my teacher had some good advice for me to not overdo it (sometimes I get lost in the moment and then I regret it later.... ) To bring a little pad and paper to take notes. That way, if I have to sit out for a moment, I can write down some info and try it at another time..

Enjoy it as I am sure you will! Will be hard not to overdo at times I think. Maybe create that as your intention each morning? Both a bit jealous and very happy for you all at the same time!
