yes ! i did it !! (tolasana that is )
i'd been on the edge of being able to hold the full lotus for a while and tonight, it just happened alltogether: being in full lotus and being able to really lift myself !
it's funny how these breakthroughs can happen just after a short break in your practice: i've just had more than a week without practice due to travelling for work (to the US), just managed to fit in an hour of yin yoga while i was there... back home, been struggling for a few days before getting back to my mat again, eventually got there... here am I practicing David Swenson's 45 min short form, still jet lagged, not really trying too hard as i'm too tired to fully concentrate on what i'm doing, and suddenly realising that i'm doing it !
ok, it's for less than 10 seconds, but i'm way off the ground, nothing compared to what i was doing before... and have to acknowledge that my arms have the right length
