Subject: Announcement of Two Workshops

I shall be giving two workshops as follows:

1. 4 Thursdays (I might make it 3 depending on number of students) starting from 7th Decemeber, 7 to 8 p.m. Classical Meditation Workshop - Provides concepts and practice to enable a student to formulate their own Meditation Practice for long term usage. Cost 100 dollars. Location: Vienna, Virginia.

2. 9th December - Fourth and final of current series of Yoga Sutras of Patanjali Workshops at Sun and Moon Yoga Studio, Arlington, VA. - This shall complete chapter 4 and summarize the entire sutras briefly. See: www.sunandmoonstudio.com. All workshop speeches: 15: are available on DVD from me.
