Subject: Confused

i have been doing windsor pilates for about three months, I was seeing great results. lately I am doubting that I am really doing pilates because I am only using the videos. Unfourtantley I cannot afford to take pilates classes or join a gym? Any advice on how to stay in shape on a strict budget??

If you are getting great results then why would you be worried?
I agree that it can be difficult to learn from DVDs because you do not have anyone adjusting you or telling you what you are doing incorrectly.
I would suggest, if you can afford this much, to take a few classes, just to get an idea of what you might need to change or improve upon, then you should be able to do it more correctly in home, and not need to attend classes every week. Make sure the instructor in the class is one who does correct and adjust you or tell you that you have it right though!
Alternatively, try to find resources online or books at the library etc that could give you a better understanding of the principles of pilates and how exactly it should be done.
