Subject: Which Hand Binds...?

Hellooo,

In the Janu Sirsasanas and other one-legged seated forward bends, if enough flexibility is achieved to bind the hands outside of the foot, which hand grabs which wrist? Example: Janu Sirsasana A, right leg folded in, left leg out straight, my tendency has been to grab the right wrist with the left hand because that helps me continue centering my torso over my left leg, but I thought I should check with someone before I really cemented that practice. I can't tell what the bind is in photos I've found on the the AYRI site, and I keep forgetting to ask my teacher.

Thanks!

Janu A right leg folded - left hand grips right wrist

Janu A left leg folded - Right hand grips left wrist

It's the same for all the others as well.
