In regards to a burn victom doing yoga, are there any special indications? If they have pressure bandages, will the site be sore and restricted in movement?

The healing of a burnt organ is exactly same as that of any other one injured through other means or even ordinary daily wear and tear. The only difference is in the amount and severity. Depending on that time, pain, and possible amount of recovery etc shall be present.

So, just do what is possible without aggravating the injured part and take sufficient rest.

And, any other precautions advised by your doctor regarding burnt part.

And, definitely enjoy other things such as movies, etc.

Wow! What a good question. I like Neel's advice. Plus, I think lots of pranayama or Qi Gong breathing exercises would help a lot (since the lungs govern the skin according to the principle of Chinese medicine). In a perfect world you could do your breathing exercises around a bunch of plants & trees.

Take care!
