| My next TT starts this Saturday and so far only two have signed up. Both of them are yoga teachers and the syllabus in my TT has lot of input from the actuall teacher trainees. Due to their demand, this tt shall have 3 classes of 90 min focussed only on Chanting and at least 3 or may be 4 classes focussed only on Yoga Philosophy.
These classes can be attended as workshops without being a teacher trainee. If interested, please email me for the schedule and fees, etc. They shall most likely be on Saturday. The chanting workshop shall involve theory and practice and 6 different chants will be practiced with practice audios, etc.

As a part of current Teacher Training, we are going to have two workshops, one on Chanting and another on Philosophy. Each of these workshop shall be of 4 hour duration, held in two sessions. The cost for attendance for each workshop is 60 dollars, paid in cash, on the day of workshop.
Workshop No 1: Chanting - Concepts and Practice for Yoga Students

Date and Time: 17th March and 24th March : 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., both Saturdays.
Fees: 60 dollars includes both sessions, or you can attend one session for half the price if you wish.
Description: Chanting is an extremely important element of classical Yoga Practice. This workshop shall cover various aspects of chanting which shall lead into Meditative practices, Devotional practices, as well as some effect on breathing and health. The concepts shall be explained along with actual practice to give examples. Particular chants chosen by students shall be practiced as well. The subject of mantra will be explored in sufficient details. Lastly, the practiced chants shall be recorded for home practice and shall be sold in the form of CD for 15 dollars to the attendees who wish to take them home. Also, Question and Answer session will be important part of this workshop.
