David Williams is coming to Charleston, WV April 19-22, 2007 for his Yoga for Life workshop. I'm coordinating registration so if you're interested you can download a pdf of the brochure and registration form. Go to: www.midatlanticfitness.com/workshop.htm

If you need travel arrangements and group rate lodging, call Maury with Around the World Travel at 800-345-1017 and refer to the workshop.

Questions? Just post.

Namaste

I would love to study with him again.

David came to town about 4 years ago and he is responsible for getting me hooked on Ashtanga yoga.

His methods are very different than some of the teachers I have since studied with. But there is something wonderful about his relaxed attitude about yoga. He seems so youthful and fit for his age too.

When he was here, he didn't require vinyasas between sides, doesn't adjust, has people doing chin lock more than you ever thought. I don't think he does the opening chant. And he taught intermediate too. He seems to be part of the originals. I remember him saying that if you only had 10-15 minutes to do any exercise in the world, he would choose the sun salutes.

West Virginia is so beautiful too.
