Hi all,
Just came across this article, might be another rationale for ujjayi breathing and bandha. Intersting stuff.

Hi Nick,

Aaron Ellis is a student of crazy Pavel Tsatsouline.

I noticed that he cites Thomas Kurtz in the references. Are you familiar with his work?

When I was 18, I went from not being able to touch my toes to achieving full splits in just over six months following Kurtz's routine.

Hi Jonnie,
Yep, I noticed that-and I believe that Pavel follows the work of Stuart Mcgill, as I do-there's some kind of bizarre family tree going on

We could start a kettlebell Yoga cult.

With the right management it could be MASSIVE!!
