I'm posting this just in case you might be interested in coming to Charleston, WV for an Ashtanga Workshop with David Williams. We still have room for more.

David is a wonderful guy, with tremendous humor. He's very approachable. With 12+ hours of access to David, he'll give as much as you request.

I did a workshop with David, and I totally enjoyed it.  By the end, I understood a lot of things about Ashtanga yoga that I hadn't understood before.  David doesn't go for the fancy asanas and high flexibility as much as for the steady and sustainable practice that you can do all your life. Definitely worthwhile.
